Governor Nasir El-Rufai Extends Lockdown By 30 days


In the Fight Against COVID-19 Infection, the government of Kaduna have been taking measures to stop the spread of the virus in the state.

Due to the situation in the state, The governor of  Kaduna, Governor Nasir El-Rufai, have decided to extend the lockdown of the state to 30 days.
According to the statement released by his Spokesperson, Muyiwa Adekeye, only on Wednesday is Lockdown-Free.

With the help of the extension of the Lock Down in the state, there will be less cases of the pandemic and proper measures can be taken to fight the spread.

Residents  of the state have been advised to put on face masks and they should observe social distancing in every places to goto.
The only people that are exempted are the Essential Workers, such as the health workers,fire service,water corporation, electricity distribution and security personnel.

According to the Governor, during this lockdown extension, no one is allowed to come into the state, or the person should optin for 14 days isolation .
