Ever since the lockdwon due to coronavirus, Nigerians are not finding things easy, especially on how to feed is a great concern.
This have led to Unrest In the country, leading to violence , fighting, violating government order to stay at home. Every community is fed up with Government, because the FG have not provided enough palliatives to them.
A staff of Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company , Ayorinde Olajide received the beaten of his life when he was sharing Light Bill to the residents of Isale-Igbehin and Grammar School Area of Abeokuta.
He was attacked by aggrieved residents , the grievances of the residents is that , why is he sharing light bill when government have issued free electricity for two months.
The man would have died if not the intervention of Ibara Police Command that came to rescue him from the scene. He was later admitted to a near by hospital for medical treatment.
Do like what the resident did?
Should citizens take laws into their hands?

DeleteThey were not supposed to be him , they were supposed to call the police to arrest him they can't take it on their own hand that's lawless
ReplyDeleteIn this situation, police can't do much because it is the residents that beat the PHCN Man. Because they knew that when they call the police, they themselves will be in trouble too.
